Onion-Baked Pork Chops

These are super easy pork chops that would go well with just about anything. It makes them tender and flavorful. You can thank my mom's recipe collection for this one.


Onion-Baked Pork Chops


Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

4 pork chops, 1 inch thick

1 egg, well beaten

1- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, until evenly coated.

2- In lightly greased 13x9 baking dish, arrange chops.

3- Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until done, turning once.
